How to Heat

All items are fully cooked. Just heat and enjoy! Our kraft paper bowls are microwavable and any items packed in foil containers should be transferred to a microwave safe dish or oven safe dish for heating

Heating Single meals: 

All our single meals can be heated from frozen or can be defrosted in the fridge for 3-4 hours before heating. 

Heating a single meal from frozen:

In the Microwave

Kraft paper container: Remove lid and any sauce/dip cups (if applicable) and heat for 5-7mins until fully warmed. 

Foil container: Food should be transferred to a microwave safe plate/dish and heat for 5-7mins until fully warmed. 

In the oven:

Pre-heat oven to 365F and place foil pan on a baking sheet or transfer to an oven safe dish and heat for 15-20 mins until fully warmed

Heating single meal that has been defrosted:

In the Microwave: 

Kraft paper container: Remove lid and any sauce/dip cups (if applicable) and heat for 2-3 mins until fully warmed.

Foil container: Transfer to a  microwave safe plate/dish and heat for 2-3 mins until fully warmed

In the oven:

Pre-heat oven to 365F and place foil pan on a baking sheet or transfer to an oven safe dish and heat for 12-15 mins until fully warmed

Heating family meals: 

All family meals come in oven safe foil containers and it is recommended to defrost before heating.

Defrost for 4-6 hours in the fridge or overnight. 

In the oven: Pre-heat oven to 365F and place foil pan on a baking sheet. Remove foil lid and tent over pan or top lightly with tin foil and heat for 25-30mins, rotating half way through heating time. 

In the microwave: 

Place portions onto microwave safe plate/dish and heat following single meal instruction times. 

If heating a family meal from frozen, preheat oven to 350F and place pan on baking sheet. Heat for 60-75mins until fully warmed. 

POT PIES: - BAKE FROM FROZEN    

Our pot pie fillings are fully cooked, but the pie crust must be cooked before consuming. 

Preheat oven to 365°F. Place on baking sheet and bake for 55-70 minutes until crust is golden brown


Side dips and sauces (for meals): 

Single meal: Transfer to a microwave safe small dish and heat for 30 seconds at a time until warmed. 

For family meals: transfer for a microwave safe dish and heat for 30seconds at a time until warmed. OR transfer to a small pot or saute pan and warm oven medium heat on the stove top, stirring often until warmed. 

Donair rolls: 

Defrost for 4-6 hours in the fridge. 

Microwave: Heat for 45 secs per donair roll.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 365F and heat for 12-15mins until fully warm in the center 

Appetizers: 

Pre-heat oven to 365F and place foil pan on a baking sheet. Remove foil lid and tent over pan or top lightly with tin foil and heat for 15-18mins, rotating half way through heating time.


Soups and sauces (500ml deli) – packaged in microwave safe containers

Microwave heating:

From frozen: Heat for 5mins, stir and heat for an additional 2-3mins 

From defrosted: Heat for 2-3 mins stirring half way through heating time

Stove top: place contents into a pot/sauté pan and heat for 4-6mins on medium heat, stirring often. If frozen, reduce heat to low-medium and heat for additional time until fully warmed.
