CATERING MENU

Our Corporate and special event catering is available for delivery within Dartmouth and Halifax.

All menu items are made in-house, from scratch by our talented, dedicated kitchen team and we are committed to using local ingredients when seasonally available.

CORPORATE CATERING MENU:

Ordering guide below: 

For individually packaged meal orders:   One (1) selection can be provided for groups of up to 16 people,  Two (2) selections can be made for groups of 16+, and all items come in eco-friendly packaging. Individual special dietary meals available upon request. Eco-friendly cutlery & napkins can be provided for $0.35/meal. 

For buffet orders:  There is a minimum of 10 portions per entree and a limit of 3 different entrees can be selected. Eco-friendly disposable dishes, cutlery and napkins can be provided for $1.00/person. Rental dishes can also be provided by request. Pricing is based on your order needs. 

Special dietary needs:  We can accommodate the following special dietary requirements: Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegetarian and Vegan. All of our catering items are nut free, unless noted on our menu item description. Please let us know when ordering the special dietary needs you require and for how many guests.

Always available HOT MEAL OPTIONS: 

GINGER-SESAME CHICKEN STIR FRY: Tender strips of chicken and a medley of fresh vegetables sautéed with a light ginger-sesame soy sauce served with rice (Gluten free & Dairy free) $15.00

CREAMY LEMON PASTA: Pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes, red onion and spinach in a creamy lemon sauce (vegetarian)  $14.00 (option to add chicken)

CHICKPEA CURRY: Chickpeas and veggies simmered in a tomato coconut curry sauce served with rice (vegan, gluten free, dairy free)$14.00

HEARTY BEEF CHILI: Hearty beef chili with beans and veggies served with a dinner roll and butter (chili is gluten free and dairy free) $14.00

CLASSIC MACARONI & CHEESE: Macaroni smothered in our aged cheddar cheese sauce and topped with toasted panko crumbs (vegetarian)$13.00

 

SHEPHERD’S PIE: Seasoned beef in a light gravy with carrots, peas and corn topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese (Gluten free) $14.00

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions/requirements and we can happily provide a suitable meal option!  Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan can all be accommodated.

BOXED LUNCHES: Please selected one (1) boxed lunch option for your group

  • Option 1: each lunch box contains a full-size sandwich, fresh veggies and dip, cheese cubes and two cookies -includes paper napkins $14.50 each
  • Option 2: each lunch box contains a full-size sandwich, side salad (one option per group) and 2 brownies - includes paper napkin and fork roll ups. $15.75 each (salad option: Caesar or Feta and mandarin salad)

(SANDWICH OPTIONS: Choice of 2 options per group can be provided: Chicken with Havarti, cranberry sauce, carrot + sage mayo, Ham with honey mustard, carrot and Swiss or Vegetarian with Feta and seasoned yogurt spread)  Special dietary options: Vegan, gluten free and dairy free also available upon request

CHICKEN POWER BOWL: 

Sliced roasted chicken breast on a bed of brown rice with roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, sun flower seeds and Feta with an orange-ginger dressing (GF) Single $14.00 (can be made vegetarian/vegan/dairy free upon request)
