MEAL DELIVERY:

When will I receive my order? We deliver to different areas in HRM on specific days. You can view our delivery areas map below to see what day we are in your area. 

What are the delivery hours? Deliveries will drop off between 2pm and 6pm on your delivery day. 

What if I won’t be home during the delivery window?  Leave a cooler or thermal bag for us and we will fill it with your order! 

When do I need to order by? Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to your delivery day. If you miss the delivery window for that week, your order will be delivered the following week on your delivery day.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it’s been place? Call us at 902-463-5151 and we will get changes or additions made to your order.

I have a gift card that was purchased before the new delivery service was launched. Will it still be honoured? Yes! If you have an outstanding in-store or online gift card balance, you will need to place your order by phone and your outstanding gift card balance will be applied to your order.

CATERING:

When do I need to order by? Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to your catering date.  We do recommend reaching out once you have your catering date to ensure we have availability and can get you added to our calendar. 

What is the minimum number of people for catering orders? Our minimum for catering orders is 6 people for lunches and 15 people for morning and dinner caterings.

What are your catering delivery times? Morning deliveries start at 8:30am. Lunch deliveries are delivered within a 30 min time frame of when you need your order by and dinner deliveries are available between 4pm and 6pm. 

When will equipment from our catering be picked up? Catering equipment is picked up the by the following day during week days. For special events, dinner orders and weekend orders, pick up times will be arranged when the order is placed and will vary depending on driver availability and venue/office access.
