Gourmet Pizzas:

All of our pizzas are 11” hand shaped thin crust pizzas made with honey infused dough which is prepared with the highest quality flour. Our homemade tomato pizza sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes. Gluten free crust available.

Monday night pizza special: Any TWO Feature or Chef’s Creation pizzas for $27.00+tax (4pm-8pm)

Wednesday night Pizza dinner for two: Choice of a Feature pizza or a Chef’s creation pizza, large salad of the day, 2 cookies and 2 glass bottles of pop for $25.00+tax (4pm-8pm)

Chicken bruschetta pizza ~ fresh tomato bruschetta, sautéed mushrooms and chicken baked with Parmesan and mozzarella on a roasted garlic oil brushed crust  $16.00

Chef’s creations

Sausage with roasted peppers, caramelized onions, fennel seeds and mozzarella, drizzled with roasted garlic oil $17.00

Pork Wonton ~ Garlic-ginger seasoned ground pork, homemade Teriyaki sauce and mozzarella topped with fresh cilantro and green onions $16.00

BBQ Chicken ~ Roasted chicken, grilled pineapple, sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella,  and BBQ tomato sauce, topped with fresh cilantro $17.00

Italian Harvest ~ Prosciutto, marinated artichokes, tomato, chili flakes, mozzarella and basil, drizzled with roasted garlic oil $17.00

Vegetarian – Roasted peppers, marinated artichokes, roasted zucchini, spinach, goat cheese, tomato sauce  $16.00

Spicy Salami, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, mozzarella, tomato sauce $16.00

Marinated artichokes, grilled fresh pineapple , roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, sautéed mushrooms ($2.00 each, per topping)

Caramelized onions, roasted zucchini, tomatoes, basil, spinach, banana peppers, jalapenos, red onion, roasted garlic ($1.75each, per topping)

Cheeses:

Mozzarella – included in base pizza ($2.00 for extra mozzarella)
Fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, feta ($3.00 each,  per topping)

Tuesday, February 19th:

  • Taco Tuesday! BYO beef soft tacos served with roasted corn, pickled red onion, tomato, shredded cheese and lettuce, seasoned sour cream and salsa
  • Tomato bruschetta chicken with shaved parmesan served with roasted potatoes and maple-thyme glazed carrots
  • Brie and cheddar grilled cheese sandwiches with red pepper jelly
  • Mixed greens with fresh herbs, Feta, cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers with lime dressing

Wednesday, February 20th:

  • Chicken Parmesan with tomato sauce and mozzarella served with garlic butter tossed egg noodles
  • Sweet and sour meatballs with rice
  • Roast beef wraps with Dijon horseradish sauce
  • Beets and goat cheese salad with sun flower seeds on mixed greens
  • We also have our pizza dinner for two special on 4-8pm! Any chef’s creation or feature pizza, large salad, two can of pop and two cookies for $25.00+tax:)

Thursday, February 21st:

  • Pulled pork macaroni in a smoky tomato sauce with mozzarella
  • Hearty beef chili served with a freshly baked biscuit
  • Roasted vegetable and feta wraps
  • Baby spinach salad with fresh berries, mandarins and blueberry-mint dressing

Friday, February 22nd:

  • Fishcakes with homemade tartar sauce or chow
  • Baked beans
  • Butter chicken with basmati rice and naan bread
  • Classic Caesar salad
  • We also have our donair stuffed pizza rolls with homemade donair sauce!
