Holiday Entrees:

 Oven Roasted Turkey served with a white wine infused gravy, herbed dressing and homemade cranberry sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned vegetable medley with browned butter and dinner roll ($19.00/person)

Glazed baked Ham served with a sweet dijon sauce and horseradish, glazed carrots, and chive mashed potatoes with dinner roll($17.00/person)

Optional add on to any dinner entrée selection: Carved Prime rib roast with herbed jus ($7.00/person) (staff required)

Baby spinach, fresh berries and mandarin oranges with a blueberry and mint dressing

Mixed greens with cinnamon sweet potatoes, dried cranberries and toasted walnuts in a herbed vinaigrette

Fresh herbs tossed with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and feta with a lime vinaigrette

Classic Caesar with homemade croutons, crispy bacon and fresh parmesan

Beef Tenderloin with a mushroom and Red Wine reduction

Braised Lamb in a herbed dijon and peppercorn reduction



Salmon pan seared golden brown with a Candied Almond butter

 Goat Cheese, bacon and apricot stuffed boneless chicken breast in a golden breading

Salmon steak poached in a tomato, dill and white wine sauce

Assorted Seasoned Skewers – Moroccan seasoned Lamb with mango, Seasoned Pork with seared pineapple, and Chicken breast with roasted peppers and fennel.



Pork tenderloin in a sherry cream sauce.

Boneless Chicken breast baked in a tomato and cilantro sauce with gorgonzola and fresh pineapple

Pork roast with caramelized apples and a dijon and honey infused jus

Grilled Chicken breast topped with a cranberry balsamic sauce

Roasted Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with roasted red pepper, goat cheese and fresh herbs (vegetarian)

Golden Puff Pastry Tart with sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, and caramelized onions in creamy gruyere (vegetarian)
